heh, can't say i disagree with you completely here. honestly, there needs to be some quality control with who can become a cop. it seems that any guy can become a cop, even if he's not the right guy for the job. I mean, i know they need more members, but they don't need all these reports of cops speeding or sexually harrasing peoples.
